212 DEGREES PARADIGM SHIFT IN BUSINESS SERVICE CONTRACT

This Agreement is made today between the Signatory [Client] and 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Biz Coaching Services [Service Provider]

212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Biz Coaching Services aims to provide the Client with the following services under the 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift In Business program.

GENERAL TERMS 

The Service Provider, 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching Program commits to delivering the services enumerated herein this contract while the client understands the work that is expected to come from his/her own time and efforts to be able to produce the output he/she desires.

Moreover, the Client must understand that ALL the Terms and Conditions written in the agreements in 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching website stands true and binding hence must be read and fully understood upon the Client’s signing of the forms.

THE 212 DEGREES PARADIGM SHIFT IN BIZ PROGRAM

Below we have included the breakdown of the 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching Program. Anything not included in this breakdown is not under the obligation of 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching Program to provide, and will only be provided under the discretion of 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching Program.

212 DEGREES PARADIGM SHIFT IN BUSINESS CLASSROOM

This is an online membership site where 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz content will be given to the client. This program is divided into 3 segments:

  1. The Empower / Power-Up Segment
  1. The Accelerate / Metrics Boost Segment
  1. The Achieve / Being SMART Segment

EMPOWER SEGMENT

This is the introductory segment the client will learn who they serve and why they buy. 

Learning Module Line-up:

  • Understanding 5 reasons why people buy.
  • Defining whom you serve.
  • Understanding sales dynamics.
  • Understanding and creating your value proposition.
  • Creating feature, advantage and benefit statements.

This segment will help “power-up” your business acumen and define your customer base.

ACCELERATE SEGMENT

The client will learn the significance of their numbers and what are they outline segment.

What The Client Will Uncover And Discover:

  • Performing a SWOT analysis of your business and why it’s important.
  • Where are your opportunities?
  • Knowing and understanding your metrics.
  • What your growth goal for new customer conversion and revenue will be.
  • Developing SMART goals for attainment
  • Engage in a one-on-one coaching Session with Lisa to review your metrics and to discuss your action plan for growth.
  • Assessing your DiSC style of behavior and how to adapt to different styles. 

ACHIEVE SEGMENT

The client will learn the importance of building 3rd party partners and a referral base while strengthening their sales and leadership competencies. 

What The Client Will Learn And Execute:

  • Developing 3rd party partners and analyzing potential connection points.
  • How referrals and partners can extend your product reach.
  • Strengthen leadership and sales competencies.
  • Engage in a one-on-one coaching Session with Lisa to unpack and review your developmental areas of opportunities as it relates to leadership and sales skills.
  • Create personal development SMART goals for self and key members of staff.

THE COMMUNITY

The client will get access to several parts of the 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching community.

Weekly Q and A Calls 

212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching Program holds weekly Question and Answer sessions, in which the client has access. In these sessions the client can ask absolutely anything s/he wants when it comes to growth and development in their business.

Private Facebook Community 

The private Facebook community is purely for current and previous clients to be able to expand their relationship network, and connect with other successful business owners and sales professionals. This community is also valuable to get feedback on ideas from other members.

Your Own Coach 

The client will receive two one-on-one coaching sessions with Lisa Morgan Mosley. The first occurs in module 7, after the completion of modules 1 through 6. The second occurs in module 12, after the completion of modules 1 through 7. The coach’s job is to work with the Client on clearing emotional blockages and holding the client to account when it comes to their coaching business goals.

GENERAL TERMS 

The Service Provider, 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching Program commits to delivering the services enumerated herein this contract while the Client understands the work that is expected to come from his/her own time and efforts to be able to produce the output he/she desires.

PAYMENT TERMS 

The Client has been issued the full 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift in Biz Coaching program, on the payment terms outlined in his/her invoice, adding up to $8000 USD. The invoice will determine the exact final payment amount. All sales are final.

Any deposits made to secure further call(s) with Lisa Morgan Mosley of 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Coaching Services are final. Refund of the deposit is under the discretion of the company 212 Degrees Coaching Services. Any other deposits made are final.

TERMS OF BUSINESS 

This agreement is formed between 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Coaching Services and you, now on referred to as “the client”.

You agree to become a client and agree to these terms immediately upon either or the following actions:

  1. By paying an invoice issued by 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Coaching Services for any of our products.
  1. By logging into our learning center, speaking to Lisa Morgan Mosley and receiving any information from us that was not already made public.
  2. If you were a client under old terms of business, by taking the actions laid out under this agreement, you automatically agree to the terms of this agreement.

As a client of 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Biz Coaching Services, you immediately agree to the following terms and consent your understanding of the following disclaimers:

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

As a company teaching Business Owners and Sales Professionals how to grow and develop their business, we are required to give you these disclaimers – The past is not necessarily a guide to future performance. The amount of clients our systems generate can go down as well as up. “212 Degrees Of Mot TV, Inc.” and “212 Degrees Paradigm Shift In Biz Program ” and any term used to reference this company is an unregulated product. Information is for general information only and is not intended to be relied upon by individual readers in making (or not making) specific business decisions. Appropriate independent advice should be obtained before making any such decision. You should not buy an option unless you are prepared to sustain a total loss of the premium plus any commission or other transaction charges.

PAYMENT

We use a 3rd party to process all tuition fees worldwide.

Payments will be processed by Square, Inc., through our parent company name of 212 Degrees Of Motivation TV, Inc,. There may be slight variations in the amount billed due to foreign currency conversions imposed by your bank.

OUR REFUND POLICY

Any and all sales and deposits made are non-refundable.

You as the client agree to waive and relinquish any and all options and rights to claim a pro-rated refund or hold the company liable in the event of any of the following instances:

  1. If you have not been a part of 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift In Biz Program for a mandatory period of at least 6 months and if you can’t prove that you have gone through all the modules.
  2. If you haven’t taken all the quizzes to at least 90% satisfaction rate.
  3. If you have started the program at a later date after paying for it or paid a deposit and decided not to continue.
  4. If the client has not engaged in two one-on-one coaching sessions with Lisa Morgan Mosley. The first occurs in module 7, after the completion of modules 1 through 6. The second occurs in module 12, after the completion of modules 1 through 7. The coach’s job is to work with the client on clearing emotional blockages and holding the client to account when it comes to their coaching business goals.
  5. If you mention any name related to the company outside of our communication without our permission.

A completed “Refund Request Declaration: which provides us confirmation and authority to confirm that you have satisfied all parts of our refund agreement.

Note: Your request will be reviewed in the following way:

  1. We will look if you’ve been through the whole program (our tracking system inside the learning systems allows us to see that).
  2. We will check to make sure you’ve gone through all of the content and taken part in all the quizzes between the date of joining and the date of your refund request.
  3. We will analyze your 6-month history with 212 Degrees Paradigm Shift In Biz Program and make sure that you have implemented the system fully and properly, in accordance to the rules and followed all the steps required to grow and develop a business.
  4. You have not engaged in one-on-one provided coaching.
  5. If all of these things check out, and you have been through the whole program, not missed any vital coaching calls, modules, quizzes in accordance to the rules and managed them well, and you still haven’t generated growth, we will swiftly give you a pro-rated refund.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT 

We are letting you into our highest, most valued business strategies as a client. The Signatory must not disclose our strategies, methods or services to anyone else and no meetings are allowed to be recorded and distributed in any format without prior written permission by Lisa Morgan Mosley. You also agree to guard any personal usernames, log in details and make sure no one else has access to this. You understand that these logins are for your personal use only. If you publish any information given to you or make available your personal logins without written permission or should you recreate any parts of the strategies learned through 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Coaching Services, Lisa Morgan Mosley or any of its representatives using your own likeness, brand, or personality for commercial or non-commercial gain 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., reserves the right to pursue The Signatory for losses and damages.

SERVICES PROVIDED 

You accept that all business creation carries a risk, you will always be in total control of your capital and will ALWAYS be in a position to control your risk throughout your involvement with 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Coaching Services. In order to grow and develop your business, you must be in a position to actually be comfortable with the risks of spending and must not spend unless you are comfortable with the risk.

We also want you to know that any results mentioned are results of past actions and even though they might be viable, they should not be constituted as future performance indicator as various factors can change.

Any meetings scheduled which included one-on-one sessions and organized group calls may be changed or cancelled with no prior notice in case of emergency. This is very unlikely and we will give as much notice as physically possible in the event of a cancelled meeting.

LIABILITY 

You agree that all representations made by the executives, staff, consultants and partners of 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Coaching Services are deemed to be representations made by 212 Degrees Of Motivational TV Inc., DBA; 212 Degrees Coaching Services itself and all liability falls on the company exclusively. In the event of any claim, no staff, agents, associates, partners and representatives will be held liable. For the avoidance of doubt, all contractual obligations lie solely with the company and you agree to indemnify any staff/ employees/ representatives of the company in the event of any case.

AFFORDABILITY 

Upon becoming a client, you declare that you are not financially strapped and it is our understanding that you are only spending money, which you can afford to lose. You are not in any financial trouble and becoming a client and paying our fee will not put you in any financial difficulty. This is not a decision you’re making under duress.

INDEPENDENCE 

You have fully assessed the risks and all parts of the program, completed all due diligence on the company and have taken any independent advice necessary to make this decision to become a client independently and this decision to become a client is solely yours.

This contract and your acceptance of these terms of business will be binding upon receipt of your payment.
